The short version
FemiFitCalc runs entirely in your browser. The numbers and dates you type into our calculators are processed on your device and are never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers.
What we collect
We do not require accounts, names or email addresses to use any calculator. If you contact us by email, we receive only what you choose to send. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server access logs (which include your IP address, requested URL, browser user agent, timestamp and response details) for a limited period for security and performance purposes. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that does not track individual visitors or use cross-site identifiers, to see aggregate traffic patterns like which calculators are most used.
Data stored on your device (local storage)
Four tools save your entries in your browser’s local storage so they survive a page reload. For every tool listed below, the data stays on your device only: it is never transmitted to us, never synced to any server, and never shared with anyone. It is stored under a name only this website can read, and it never leaves your browser except when you export it yourself.
Cycle Symptom Log
Stored: the date, cycle day, flow, mood, energy, pain level and an optional free-text note for each entry. Where: your browser’s local storage on this device. Never: transmitted, synced or shared. To delete it: open the Cycle Symptom Log page and use the “Export JSON” and “Export CSV” buttons save a copy first, and the “Clear all data” button deletes every entry. You can also remove site data for femifitcalc.com in your browser settings.
Body Measurements Log
Stored: the date, weight, waist, hips, body fat percentage and an optional free-text note for each entry. Where: your browser’s local storage on this device. Never: transmitted, synced or shared. To delete it: open the Body Measurements Log page and use the “Export JSON” and “Export CSV” buttons save a copy first, and the “Clear all data” button deletes every entry. BBT & Fertility Awareness Log
Stored: the date, waking temperature and its unit, cervical mucus observation, time of measurement and an optional free-text note for each entry. Where: your browser’s local storage on this device. Never: transmitted, synced or shared. To delete it: open the BBT & Fertility Awareness Log page and use the “Export JSON” and “Export CSV” buttons save a copy first, and the “Clear all data” button deletes every entry. BMI history chart
Stored: each calculation’s date, BMI value and category, plus the inputs behind it (weight, height, age, gender and unit system). Where: your browser’s local storage on this device. Never: transmitted, synced or shared. To delete it: open the BMI history chart page and use the “Clear History” button deletes every saved calculation. You can also remove site data for femifitcalc.com in your browser settings.
Cookies & tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or analytics that identify you personally. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored locally on your device only.
Third-party services
We use Cloudflare for hosting, Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, does not identify individual visitors) to understand aggregate site usage, and Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam on our contact form without tracking you. The fonts used on this site (DM Sans and Sora) are still served from our own domain — no font request leaves your browser to Google or any other third party.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side — your calculator inputs and tool entries exist only in your browser. If you have emailed us, you may ask us to access, correct or delete that correspondence at any time by writing to team@femifitcalc.com.
EU/EEA visitors — GDPR rights
Even though FemiFitCalc holds no personal data server-side, visitors from the EU/EEA have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing, where such processing applies. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt) — or with the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if you believe your rights have been infringed.
